Since 1983, The Yorkshire College of Beauty has delivered the Cidesco Post Graduate Course Level 3 and in the process, has produced countless highly professional beauty therapists. CIDESCO is the World Standard for Beauty and Spa Therapy, making this diploma extremely sought after by employers all around the globe – opening up a world of career opportunities for graduates. Completion of this course is a mark of an incredibly high achievement, showing an exceptional level of skill and knowledge that can carry you to a wide number of positions within the industry.

About this Course

This course enables Level 2 & 3 qualified Therapists to upgrade to this prestigious qualification on a part-time basis, taught over a day per week over a 5 month period. Students are taught to the highest qualified professional standards by highly qualified and supportive tutors.

  • We accept students aged 16 and over.

    The following is needed to enrol:

    • A high command of the English Language for communication, reading and writing.
    • Successful interview with Training Manager
    • Photo Identification (ie passport)
    • Completed application and enrolment forms
    • Hold a Level 2 and 3 qualifications in beauty including face and body electrotherapy
    • Work experience in the Beauty industry for at least 3 years (unless you are a Yorkshire College of Beauty graduate)

  • Start date in the academic year.

    Attendance must be maintained above 95% in order to successfully achieve your Diploma.

Jayne Courtland - Beauty Therapist

Jayne attended YCOB in 2019 and completed her ITEC, CIBTAC and CIDESCO in beauty therapy and massage level 2&3. After completing the course she went straight into the cruise industry. She worked in the spa as the only therapist who specialised in a treatment called Ionithermie. She travelled from Hawaii to Sydney stopping at Guarm, Vietnam, Kota in Malaysia, Bali, Darwin and Singapore.
